I have been studying and working as a Personal Trainer since graduating in Sport Science degree in 2000. Many of my clients have worked with me for over 10 year and I pride myself on my retention.
I used the knowledge and experience that I have gained over the years to work alongside my client to help them reach their goals and make positive lifestyle changes.

Often, small adjustments in lifestyle choices as well as training can lead to big changes in the way you feel and train. Having a better understanding of this can help you start small and build up if you are beginning, or help you fine tune your regime and goals if you are further along your journey.
