I'm a big believer that the majority of people have no idea how good there bodies are designed to feel.
My favorite thing about being a PT is when someone surpasses there own expectations and achieves the thing they said they could never do whilst having a renewed sense of confidence and an understanding about what fuels there body an mind.
My health and fitness journey started when I was first introduced to Yoga and become a teacher thereafter. Having practiced and taught for 10 years i became more aware of the partnership between yoga and weight training and the importance of both disciplines, my own journey with weight training led me to compete in the UK DFBA and Body Building remains an important aspect of my life.
