Hi I’m Steph!
I’m a level 3 personal trainer, I found myself in love with the gym and training in around 2017, going through major life changes the gym gave me a place for my thoughts and a positive outlet for my energy. I decided to start a Personal Training qualification in January 2020, and I qualified in 2021 and have worked as an online coach since.
I enjoy strength training, hiking and love getting outside as much as possible, I’m currently studying nutrition to expand my knowledge on the impact of food on overall health and how to use food to heal from the inside.
As a trainer I know that life happens, and priorities change but I truly believe that there is room for health and fitness in everyone's lives in one way or another
