Fitness has been a huge part of my life for many years, from competing in athletics, to boxing, to my own weight training at the gym. After venturing down different career paths for years after university, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career and become a personal trainer!
I am excited to use this passion to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals, whatever they may be!
I specialise in cardiovascular and HITT training, but can confidently train people towards numerous other goals, be it weight loss, muscle growth, or adopting a more positive mindset in regards to health and fitness, and learning how to incorporate a fitness routine into your lifestyle, even if that lifestyle is a busy one!
I want to help show you that the gym doesn't have to be a scary place, and can become a place where you feel the most confident and the happiest!
