Firstly, a little bit about me – I’ve been there. I’ve struggled with my weight, felt rubbish, tried the low-calorie diets, and I know what it’s like to lack confidence, especially in the gym! I’ve also worked the desk job so I know how hard it can be to fit your training around your work schedule and to get those steps in.
