Hey! I’m Sonny and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for three years and still going at it. I’m so motivated and passionate with fitness because of how it makes me feel mentally, physically and emotionally!
Growing up I was playing a lot of sports, mainly basketball in school & college. Even though I was into sports in my teenage years I wasn’t a healthy or fit child. This made me very insecure and conscious with my body.
So I decided to take action in transforming myself by first signing up to the gym and deciding to take it seriously. I did a lot of experimenting on myself and see what worked best for me and two years later I was so focused, I forgot how far I’ve gotten until I saw where I was in old photos!
I was so motivated and in love with fitness that, I inspired myself to help others with their struggle in fitness and also understand the impact it can do to your mental wellbeing.
