My interest in fitness began at the age of 7 when I joined the national Gymnastics team, and quickly developed into passion and eventually switched to Bodybuilding when I was 18. Since then, I have been dedicated to learning the most efficient and effective methods for building muscles and losing body fat through training and nutrition.
I have 10+ experience in Gymnastics and more than 8 years experience training in the gym.
My expertise lies in designing goal specific training programs and identifying areas of improvement in clients current nutritional and lifestyle habits.
I strive to make these changes easy to understand and manageable within the client's current needs and circumstances.
