I am a personal trainer and a chartered physiotherapist having graduated from three UK Universities. I have been in the health and fitness industry since 1996 and have a proven track record.
I am a life-long exerciser and practice what I preach. I play 11 a side football weekly and train 5-6 times a week. I have also surfed and trekked world-wide in a range of conditions and completed several long-distance bike rides.
