I came to the realisation that the office wasn't for me and found my passion with Personal Training. Five years and over 150 clients under my belt I'm still as passionate as the first day I walked into the gym.
All my clients are constructed a bespoke training programme tailored to their strengths/weaknesses and postural imbalances. They are given nutritional advice and support to help them maximise their results but most importantly shown how fun their fitness journey can be!
