I have 15 years extensive experience coaching all ages and abilities from elite athletes to people trying to do their first Pushup/Pullup, to elderly arthritis sufferers looking to move pain free. 1 design full body Strength and Conditioning programs with an element of HIlT training, which reduces fat at the same time as building strength and endurance.
