My fitness experience focuses on training at the gym and building strength using my own body (Calisthenics), which I have been doing for a few years. My background in different types of sports and training has allowed me to understand the different methods of training. Because of this I am now capable of teaching skills such as functional training, calisthenics and weight lifting.
