I am a Strength and Conditioning graduate with a passion for helping people get results in the gym. After 8 years of coaching, I have refined my skills so I can teach anyone to understand and perform a variety of  resistance exercises to develop a technique .

I can help you break through plateaus and take your training to the next level.

  • Recorded Video sessions for flexibility, great for keeping the body resilient to injury
  • Strength and performance specific programmes for sports performance (powerlifting competitions)
  • Weekly check-ins for accountability and adjustments to exercise program, weight or nutrition.
  • Ideas on what to eat and adjusting as your body starts to adapt to training for specific goal (Weight loss/Muscle Gain)
