Hey, I am Scott, I have always been involved in fitness from a young age playing different team and individual sports. I really got into gym fitness over 10 years ago and now have been able to combine my Personal Training qualifications with real-life situations and experience. 


I love to teach and show clients great body weight, functional and a plyometric workouts as well as more traditional methods. Using these techniques, together we can not only reach your fitness goals but take you above and beyond your expectations.


One of the main things is you enjoy your sessions and you have fun while moving in the right direction for you to improve your health and/or body.
