In addition to your physical fitness, I place a massive emphasis on your mental wellbeing. Not only do I have 10+ years experience as a volunteer mental health mentor, I can also provide personal relatability to your struggles.

As someone who is open about their own mental health and specific learning difficulties, you can guarantee that your mental wellbeing truly matters to me.

Good posture is extremely important for good exercise technique and we will make sure you have the basics in place before moving on to more complicated moves or lifts.

Injuries can be sustained as a result of neglecting these important foundations and I specialise in educating you on how to move properly and reduce muscular imbalances through corrective exercises.
