I'm Samera, a mother of three, strength coach and have been a personal trainer for over five years. Throughout my career I've worked at various gyms, health clubs, and have owned and managed a Personal Training studio. My clients vary from those looking to lose weight and get into shape to those competing professionally.

My journey started when I decided to get back into shape after having my second child - so I know how hard it can be. If there is one thing you’ll get to know about me, it’s just how much I love my job - there is nothing more satisfying than hearing my clients tell me how great they feel and the positive impact our sessions have on their lives. All it takes is hard work and motivation - when you find yourself short on either, you know where I am.
