Hi I'm Sam,

I've been a personal trainer and fitness coach since June 2023 with Puregym. Although I've only been a personal trainer for a short period of time, I've been in and out of gyms to train myself for the past 10 years. In that time period I've trained for hypertrophy as well as trained for marathons and triathlons. I know that first beginning your fitness journey can be a daunting prospect at first, and I'm here to lend my experience to help you begin, so whether its your first time in a gym, or you've already got a goal in mind such as building muscle or completing your first ever marathon, send me an email and we'll get started!
