I have had an interest in sport and fitness for as long as I can remember, so I knew being involved in health & fitness was what I wanted to do for my career.
Studying at University for a Sport & Exercise Science degree was the natural next step for me, and I pursued my Personal Training qualifications at the same time, followed by a Fundamentals & Advanced Boxing qualification.
I am passionate about helping everyone be the best they can be, it’s not about being as strong, big or slim as the next person, it’s about helping you become the best version of yourself, and achieving your own personal goals.
