I am a fully qualified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
I have also achieved qualifications in sports and exercise science and sports massage. I feel that the knowledge gained from all of the courses I’ve completed gives me a more complete understanding of why and when to use certain exercises and the science behind all of the above.
I started my own fitness journey at the age of 15 whilst playing rugby. Since then I have gone on to improve my fitness and physique a great deal and competed in a bodybuilding show.
