Coming from a professional kickboxing background, I know what it takes to help you accomplish your fitness goals. I have competed at a high level of sports for a long period of time and have been coaching in kickboxing for three years. 

My style of training will work you hard, make you sweat and push your limits. I offer both high intensity and technique focused pad work sessions to make sure you're hitting the pads in an effective and efficient way.
