I played rugby for 4/5 years, loved the sport but as we started to play higher league teams, I always felt like I was tiny compared to everyone else on the field. I wasn’t happy being the smallest and I wanted to change that, I wanted to fit into the sport more.

Going to college, I started in the gym. I started my journey at 58kg and now sitting over 80kg, 3 years later. Feeling more comfortable and feeling better in myself. Strength and weight training was my key. Gaining muscle, feeling bigger, more powerful and feeling more confident is amazing.
