Health, fitness, and well-being have always been serious passions of mine. The first time I ever set foot in the gym I was 15 and had no idea what I was doing. In the early years, I made every mistake in the book, but only after these failures did I began to learn what it truly meant to train properly.
My approach to training comes majorly from motivation. The person who doesn’t feel like going to the gym but does will always beat the person who doesn’t go at all. It is my job to instil this mindset into you and change how you perceive training and make it so that it is not viewed as a ‘task’.
