From playing football regularly when I was young to weight training in the gym to gain muscle as an adult, I have enjoyed experiencing the physical, mental and social benefits of an active lifestyle.

I am experienced in and enjoy working with people of all ages from a range of backgrounds. Although you may have concerns about getting started in the gym, I will support you in overcoming any barriers you may face.
