Hi, I'm Ross!
I bring to the table 5+ years of training experience alongside a degree in Sports and Exercise science. I have had the privilege of playing rugby to a high standard where I have been exposed to amateur and semi professional environment both in the UK and New Zealand.
As a result of this I have picked up many tried and tested science based training methods used by athletes at the highest level of sports. These training methods will also transfer over to everyday lifestyle and fitness.
