Hi, my name is Ross. Like many others when I first started my fitness journey, I had little knowledge of technique and how to train for my goals. Fitness helped me to build my confidence not only in the gym but in other aspects of my life and I want to help you to do the same.
My main goal is to help develop every client to reaching their goals through educating them on different training principles, how to better their nutrition and make them accountable for improving themselves.
I have over four years' experience working in the fitness industry. I have worked with various different types of people ranging from the general population to athletes/professional sports teams and people with different disabilities. It is my ambition to help you to achieve your goals regardless of any barriers you feel you may have to overcome.
Whether your goal is weight-loss and toning or gaining muscle and strength, sport specific training or injury prevention through hard work and dedication I will help you achieve it. No fad diets, no magic plans just hard work and motivation.
