As far back as I can remember I was overweight. My weight spiraled out of control throughout high school where I peaked at 125kg. It was around this time where my attitude switched, and I started on my journey to turn my life around.
I have made every mistake under the sun when it comes to heath and fitness. My 5-year journey to get down to a healthy weight and gain significant muscle mass could’ve realistically been done in 1 year with more knowledge and guidance.
Through educating myself in recent years I have managed significant progress. During these years I have found my passion for powerlifting and bodybuilding from the want to fill my loose skin and the addiction of the weight going up!
My fitness journey could have been made so much quicker and easier with the support from a coach, which is why I am here in this position now. I thrive in assisting others through the same journey I went though, with much less time and pain!
