Serena Williams was still playing professional tennis at 40. George Foreman became world champion at 45 and Kazuyoshi Miura is still playing professional football at 56.
I have a background in martial arts which I would be happy to incorporate in my PT sessions.
I can help you with weight training and cardio fitness. I can also include boxing techniques to develop your concentration, co-ordination, anaerobic fitness and muscular endurance.
My sessions are open to anyone regardless of gender, age, fitness level or experience: so please get in touch if you would like to have a consultation or give it a go.
