Hi, my name is Richie, I am a highly motivated individual who has had many years experience in exercise and sports. This includes me studying sports performance at university as well as travelling to numerous places around the world promoting an idea that constitutes a healthy lifestyle.
I am very passionate about fitness and have played sports most of my life. I've represented my university in various national leagues playing football (semi professional). I have also boxed most of my life and have had the honour of training with current world champions, and yes I can teach you all the proper boxing techniques if pad work is something you would like (fun and extremely effective workout).
I enjoy the challenge of improving individuals and helping them meet their goals. Not only will I yield results from you, I will constantly provide that motivation which is most definitely needed in the gym environment to produce results.
Furthermore, I am very much a people person and extremely easy to get along with. This combined with years of experience in the gym and bags of discipline will help you reach your goals.
