Being a PT for over 9 years means I have been able to work with a lot of people helping them to become fitter, healthier and stronger physically and mentally. Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavour.
There might be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded.
Being a PT means I get to change lives for a living, which is not only a privilege but incredibly fulfilling and rewarding.
