I’ve been passionate about health and fitness for years. Getting involved in fitness and training was the best decision I’ve ever made. I used to be self conscious about being quite skinny. I was also a shy, anxious socially awkward person with low self esteem.
Going to the gym has given me the confidence to like my body type and feel confident as me. It has improved my mindset and the gym has become an amazing space for myself. I now don’t really care what people think and care about how I feel. I enjoy feeling fit, strong, healthy and capable of a lot.
