Rhia Toulson
My passion for fitness started 8 years ago when I began lifting weights. I know what it's like to be a female entering a male-dominated field; it can be pretty intimidating!
Thankfully, over the years, it has become much more blended, and it's great to see more women working on themselves and lifting weights!
When I started, I didn't know what to do, which led to too much cardio and losing too much weight. Rather than focusing on becoming the smallest version of myself, I worked on becoming the strongest.
So, I swapped out my unhealthy eating habits and long cardio sessions for strength training and fuel for my body, allowing me to feel confident for the first time!
