I’m a Personal Trainer specialising in boxing and Martial arts!
I have competed to a high level in both sports and can use these skills to help you if want to lose weight, learn some self defence or just stay in shape!
As a trans woman myself, all my classes and 1 to 1’s are LGBTQ+ safe spaces and open to everyone whatever background if you’re nervous about starting your fitness journey.
I’m always happy to show you around and introduce you to the gym or just train along side you until you’re comfortable and confident!
