Hi, I'm Renae!
Having taught group exercise for over 20 years and absolutely loving it, I have been fortunate to be part of so many women’s fitness journey, helping all ages and abilities to enjoy their exercise long-term. About 8 years ago, my daughter then aged 15, started to struggle with body confidence. Her dream was to play for the England U16s Basketball team, but her lack of body confidence was starting to affect her self-esteem. At this point I decided to manage her fitness regime. Having a plan to channel her focus and with hard work and perseverance, her body confidence started to grow, and my baby girl went on to achieve her dream.
This kind of success is what I’d like to share with as many women as I can and is the main reason why I qualified as a Personal Trainer. Empowering women to overcome their lack of body confidence and self-esteem is my passion as I’ve seen firsthand the positive changes it can make in their lives.
I pride myself on treating everyone as an individual and this reflects in my work. My mission is to help women change their mindset and overcome any challenges or barriers that may be stopping them from achieving their fitness goals.
