My involvement in sports and fitness dates back as far as I can remember, and it is something that I’ve been truly passionate about my entire life. I am lucky enough to work in an industry where I can use that passion and motivation to help others achieve their personal fitness goals, no matter how big or small those goals may be.
For each and every individual client, I will apply a principal strength and conditioning programme for people of all shapes and sizes, from the highly-specialised athlete to the elderly trying to build enough strength to pick him/herself up after a fall. This is a fitness lifestyle that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive.
Individually designed training programmes and nutritional advice is delivered in a professional, knowledgeable, friendly, safe and comfortable environment. Sports and life rewards are just a few of the accomplished goals my training could offer. Each customised nutrition and training programme utilises the ten standards of fitness; cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. This will give each individual an opportunity to lose weight, gain muscle mass and regain the agility and balance once enjoyed as a child.
