Hi! I am Rachel,
I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Adviser and body coach. My passion is exercising, and my job is to help others to feel good in their own bodies. Sport EMPOWERS me, it teaches me I can do it no matter how hard it is we pull through!
Together with my Personal Training qualification I also have been doing restorative yoga for two plus years, and I have completed mindfulness training. My background is in Nursing and I noticed how increase of exercise fundamentally increases confidence, lifespan and vitality - that is why I am here.
