Rachel Collier

Want a Personal Trainer to help you achieve your goals? Here is a bit about me!

Health and fitness have been a significant part of my life for many years. I joined the army in 2011 and served over six years, I then became a Personal trainer in 2017. During this time, I have experienced a wide range of training methods which further developed my passion for fitness. From my time within the army, I acquired a back injury, which was a great learning curve for me to learn and find the correct training to suit my goals, this has made me understand and support my clients on their journey.

My clients will be provided with nutritional coaching, Training plans and any guidance needed to motivated! I’m very approachable so don’t hesitate to talk to me on the gym floor or by phone/email, I would love to discuss how I could support you in reaching your goals and improve your health and wellbeing! I look forward to meeting you!
