Peter Borland

Hi, I'm Pete, a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
Through personal training, I'm looking forward to helping clients achieve their personal body goals and increase their overall confidence. I will help you shred fat and build lean muscle through a mix of strength and endurance training tapered to your own unique ability.

Over the years, I've worked in a vast array of physically demanding jobs while still always making time to priorities the gym. I've trained in a variety of different ways to become the strongest and best version of myself I can be. From boxing to weight lifting to functional fitness and beyond, I've always tried my hardest to push my body to it's limits. I started taking training seriously in my early 20s and have found my passion to be a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding. I intend to use my experience from all aspects of training to help others achieve their greatest and highest form possible. I'm a firm believer that a healthy body equates to a healthy mind.
