Pete Yardley

My background is based around sport and applied technology, from playing academy and county football as a teenager, to studying the complexities of gym equipment design, and, in more recent years, focusing my attention on human physiology and nutrition.

I've always surrounded myself with fitness-related pursuits. Whether it be personal or group training, every exercise programme I design is tailor-made with great attention to detail. I invest time in identifying the most effective training systems for each individual in order to ensure that maximum progress is always made in the shortest possible time.

Results are measured through regular fitness testing which also provides motivation to help reach periodic targets. My current client base is diverse, working with a broad cross-section of the population from new starters at the gym to athletes competing at national level.
