I have been training for nearly 10 years and I have been a champion in powerlifting in my country. When I train a client every exercise I give them will be towards their fitness goal. I have an honest approach to training and I keep my plans basic and simple.
I will also teach the importance of nutrition and perfect form in each exercise you do. I believe you can achieve any goal as long as you are consistent.
