Since I was young I was involved in sports, playing tennis at a national level. Later on, my fascination for resistance training strengthen. I discovered so many benefits from weight training such as physical such as feeling capable of doing challenging activities and discovering what my body can accomplish!; and mental, improving my mental stability and boosting my confidence, no wonder why the gym is my happy place and I will like to come in useful to you and make it yours too!
From my BSc in university on Sports and Exercise I had gained valuable knowledge on how to influence your body for performance with a mixture of physical activity such as strength and endurance training alongside with nutritional guidance in different preferred diets, including plant-based and vegetarian, because we can still make gains!
