International Trainer Paul has been developing custom workouts in Greater London and Europe for over 20 years largely due to his simple exercises which produce immediate results.

With a client list as diverse as his Personal Training methods, he regularly works with people from all walks of life

Paul's unique personal fitness workouts have been built up from his own fitness and sports base, from climbing and triathlons to martial arts, highland games and strongman.

Staying in shape and motivating others to do the same is now a way of life.

Paul is an extremely motivated Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach.

For the last 30 years, Paul has been an International competitive athlete who has specialised in Body Transformation, Strength & Conditioning, Weight Loss and Sports Therapy.

Paul understands the challenges that people face when it comes to improving their wellbeing.
