As a preacher of exercise and pushing oneself beyond his limits, I believe working out not only benefits an individual physically but also mentally.
I provide modern and efficient methods of exercising, including ways of losing weight, lean bulking and dieting. In addition, as well as being a 2nd Dan black belt in karate and champion fighter, I have also trained in the martial arts boxing and kick boxing; therefore, I am able to coach those who would like to partake in pad work and combat, in a professional and experienced fashion.
