I have been managing my type one diabetes for 16 years now. I have a large knowledge about nutrition and how to keep a sustainable diet. I want to help you to be the best version of yourself with a few changes in your habits that can last a lifetime.
I know that sometimes it can be hard to stay motivated as we are all human after all. Before being a personal trainer, I would train five times per week whilst also balancing a full time job so I personally know what you can be up against. This is why I want to support and keep you motivated.
