Ollie Ryan
I've been a Personal Trainer for two years, but have over ten years' fitness expertise as I was previously a professional footballer for Lincoln City. In those two years, I have achieved great results in weight loss, body sculpting, mass muscle gain, and an all round general improvement in all my clients' health.
Fitness and Personal Training is my passion, and this reflects in my work. I believe this is the reason that all my clients have achieved results. My training methods vary greatly so my clients are always being challenged and every session is different depending on the client's goals. If you're serious about changing your body or improving your health, then training with me and taking on board my nutritional advice will guarantee you the results you want!
I'm currently playing semi pro football, and training towards competing in a fitness physique competition. If I'm not training people in the gym, you'll either find me on the football field or grinding it out on the gym floor!
