I’ve had a passion for fitness pretty much since I can remember, at a young age it was football, running and swimming. At the age of 16 I was very self conscious about my body just like a lot of people are. It took me years to pluck up the courage to actually go to the gym but once I did and realised it wasn’t as scary as I thought, I loved it! Training and seeing a transformation is one of the greatest achievements of mine not only do you get fitter and stronger, it builds a stronger mind and builds your confidence.
As a PT my job is to focus on you and only you, to motivate you, achieve your goals and help you create your own goals. If it's to lose weight, gain lean muscle, or just general fitness I can help you achieve that, no generic workouts or training programmes its all 100% specific to you.
