A little bit about me…
My fitness journey started in 2019 when I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
From someone who could only walk for short periods of time, struggle to lift myself out of bed - to be now able to run 10km, deadlift, squat and do anything I put my mind to.
Exercising and building a healthy relationship with food not only helped ease my medical condition, it also had an influence on me losing 2.5 stone of body fat, which increased my self-esteem and body confidence massively.
Don’t get me wrong, my journey was full of ups and downs, some days I kept making excuses not to exercise and look after my body, however creating habits and motivating myself has lead me to achieving my goals and more.
As a Personal Trainer, my mission is to help women become the healthiest and best version of themselves, as well as building their confidence and strength. I work to improve mindset, motivation, self-discipline and lifestyle. I want to help women to feel beautiful from the inside and out.
Through creating a tailored programme and giving nutritional guidance, I can help you achieve maximum confidence and an improved lifestyle. I can provide the knowledge, all YOU need to do is put in hard work and be committed.
