Unlike many I didn't grow up loving fitness or was into sports, my love for health and fitness started when my own health was at its lowest point and I wasn't being the best version of myself. I started as a beginner in 2020 learning about different types of exercises and ways to become healthier. Completely switching my life around for the better I decided I want to help people do the same, especially people who don't know where to start. I am level 2 & 3 qualified and look forward to offer a helping hand.
