I have been a Personal Trainer for 3 years, in that time I have helped clients lose weight and tone up. I have helped people who are new to the gym and helped them overcome their anxiety. I understand the challenges and struggles as I've been through a few myself having a disability.
While helping clients to reach their goals, I have also supported them with motivation and feel motivation is a huge part to keeping us accountable in our fitness journey's both inside the gym and outside.
