Nicholas Ahkine
My passion is to bridge the gap between mental and physical health by empowering you in your journey and I’ll do this using a compassionate approach.
I love helping beginners, especially those who are struggling to find motivation, trying to change habits and/or who do not know where to start.
My aim is to help you change your focus from your “end goal” to the “process”. This is to ensure we find something that is enjoyable, sustainable, and most importantly, what works for you. You can then surpass your goal, and turn it into your lifestyle, while staying safe and pain free, which will make you thrive in life.
As an ex structural engineer, I have developed my analytical mind and attention to details. I have a great thirst to learn and develop as a coach and I make the promise to apply the science and knowledge I have acquired to help you in your journey.
I am also currently completing an MSc in Psychology. This is to understand the human mind so I can help you better.
A few of my values as a coach are: education, mindset, compassion and helping you living your best life.
