I believe passionately that exercise and fitness have the power to change everyone's life! I've seen it firsthand with my clients and also on a personal level. It has brought me back from many injuries, helped me change my body shape, and helped me cope mentally with life’s strains and pains. I pride myself on helping people discover what they are truly capable of, teaching them how to feel comfortable and empowered in the gym.

After playing a professional level of sport and having to give it all up due to injury I turned to the fitness industry and now have over 14 years' experience in Strength & Conditioning, Resistance Training, Sports Specific Training and Strongman Training. My knowledge and experience helps provide the best quality training and guidance possible for my clients, whether we are working on Muscle Building, Toning, Injury Prevention, Fat Loss Strategies, Strength Building or all of the above. 

I love working with all ability levels and ages to help those training with me achieve any goal they have effectively. Designing specific individual programmes that fit in with each person's life, as everyone is unique and therefore needs a unique approach. Whether your goal is to do your first press up, strengthen your back and core, lose weight or to enter into your first competition.
