For the last 3 years, I have been working predominantly, but not entirely, with people who have just begun on the fitness journey.
I know personally from past experience how hard it can be to jump into a new routine and kick the bad habits. While also balancing your time around work and social life.
This is why I like help people, as I believe that for beginners, joining a gym/starting exercise can be quite daunting, and a bit of guidance can go a long way.
It’s been such an honour to help my clients achieve their goals over the last 3 years. Ranging from weight loss to strength & conditioning training and improve general health.
